THANK YOU FROM JOHNNY, AND FROM CASA
Dear Friends, we are incredibly thankful for all you have done to help CASA over the past year. When you did so, you were really helping individual domestic violence survivors and their children. We would like to share with you one of their stories:

"Johnny, his siblings and his mom spent Thanksgiving at CASA’s emergency shelter this year. To you that might sound depressing, spending the holiday away from his home, but for Johnny it was a blessing..." CLICK TO READ MORE
42 LOCATIONS AND COUNTING FOR CASA FOOD DRIVE
With 100+ women, children and men residing at our domestic violence center and many more receiving services through our community center, we have a tremendous need for food to give the people we serve. To help with the enormous expense that normally entails, we'll be holding our second annual Soup-er Bowl food drive from Jan 9 - Feb 28, 2017. Our goal? To collect five months of non-perishable food and funds in order to purchase fresh, nutritious food throughout the year.

St. Petersburg College, H&R Block, Rotary, University of Florida Family Nutrition Program, Bare Board Group, Allen Collins Realty, United Way and a number of other dedicated partner organizations have committed their expertise and the first 42 food collection locations! With your help we anticipate having more than 100 locations signed up at launch. CLICK TO READ MORE

GROUPS & BUSINESSES ARE NEEDED to host food drives, serve as donation locations or sponsor nutrition initiatives at our domestic violence center! Email info@casa-stpete.org, call 727-895-4912 or click on this link to get involved: www.casa-stpete.org/SouperBowl.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Thank you all so much for the generosity you have shown the families overcoming domestic violence through CASA's services!

Your collective contributions will allow every child we serve to pick a gift out for their mom, and every mom to give a gift to her child. Program participants without children will receive gifts too, of course! For security and confidentiality we can't show you all their smiling faces, but we can tell you the smiles go from ear to ear.

LAST CHANCE FOR 2016 YEAR- END GIVING

CASA is a qualified charitable organization and your year-end gift is fully tax deductible. How can you maximize the benefit of your gift? CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE

THRIFT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
CASA Collections Thrift Shoppe is a vital part of our organization. It allows us to provide items to domestic violence survivors as needed, and sell the remainder in order to fund our operations. It is actually one of our most important sources of funding! Volunteers are needed to assist the store in various capacities. Please contact our volunteer coordinator at info@casa-stpete.org for information.
